Great stuff :)

People often complain that the old Eldar AVs looked bad. But seriously the Deathstalker Prismcannons and Tempests are great models - even today. The Tempest remains one of my all time favourite Epic models.

Agreed Warmaster, I think the actual one are too close to the falcon. That's a pity, the good point of the old era is diversity, either in models or in rules :)

rose4100: it's not very hard, you just have to be patient.
In one year i've improved a lot, testing stuff and reading a lot some books or forums. But when i see CMON minis, i think that's just the beginning, now i've got the basics, i have to become better again & again (but well, i'm more an army painter than a exposition mini fan).
One of the most important thing is dilution: i'm very bad for freehands and drawing, but i'm happy with the eye on the falcon, you just have to dilute paint a lot, it's much easier. Same thing for highlights, soulstones etc.

I agree, Warmaster. I really like the look of old Eldar armor, especially the Tempest.
