The Crazed rules could be adaptable for the World Eaters armylist.
If a World Eaters formations fails it's action test roll a die. On 1-4 it makes a Sustain action on the nearest formation within Front Fire Arc on 4-6 it Assaults the nearest enemy formation.

BTW, I also saw rules for a Thousand Sons formation of some kind. It was described as all infantry so I doubt it means much but if you have it handy, I'd appreciate the info.

Warcoven of the Thousand Sons
It's 1 Chaos Sorcerer or Ahriman with 1 Squad of Choosen of Tzeentch and 0-3 Squads of Rubrik Terminators (real ones not Terminators with Mark of Tzeentch) with Apsiring Terminator Sorcerer .
All Chosen are Aspiring Sorcerers.
If the Sorcerer or Arhiman is attached to the Chosen or Terminators he can perform the psychic power Storm of Change.
To do so the squad does not be engaged on CC, not move and not shoot.
The Storm of Change has 48" Str8 AP1 and ApoBarr(X) where X is the number of Aspiring Sorcerers sacrificed (= removed as casualties but doesn't trigger a ledership roll because of 25% losses).
