You were really optimistic with 25% win ratio.
I'll try to explain my opinion a little better. Now ravager acts like a anti-infantry hunter. They pack enough firepower to take down terminator detachments. And sometimes when situation arises, they can launch deadly salvo (even AT fire) when sustaining. (4x4+,lance and 8x5+ from 4 ravagers)
Mostly ravagers need to double to be able to shoot at all and that is when disintegrators AT ability is almost non-existant, but still it is there. I have really liked that disintegrators have 4+ AP, so they'll have a decent change of hitting even when doubling. They are only good hitting AP source apart from bp weapons in current list.
Now you have planned to make it 2xDL and 1 dis. For me it is harder to see their role. (maybe you can explain it to me better). Dark eldar have serious trouble shooting massed amounts of AT fire. For taking down shields, massed low-save armoured vehicles etc. They do have good amount of TK ability and some lance shooting, and when shields are down, DE can take down even a great gargant.
Now ravagers will be better against AV:s, worse against infantry and worse against LVs (which they were excellent against with current stats, because none has RA save). And considering need for doubling quite often, that extra 6+ hitting lance is not something I would count too much when shooting against gargants. (next round sustain makes a lot difference though)
I hope this helped to get my point. It is not meant to be moaning.

I understand where you are coming from and I don't think this is the perfect solution. I do think it is the best solution for now though. It is really the least offensive change as opposed to being a good change.
Changing the AT5+ lance stat can't and shouldn't be done because it matches the Eldar bright lances. Changing DE Warrior shots won't work. They don't have the the range or speed to be effective tank killers. Creating a new unit would delay Raiders. Creating multiple configurations would be difficult if not impossible to determine on the battlefield at this time.
Personally, my favorite option is to leave the Ravagers as they are and add the Rampage as a new unit. I like it so much that I will probably spend the Spring working on the new model. But take all this in and lets continue the discussion when you see the new list.
