Hello,
i've seek a little on the forum and elsewhere, but i haven't find the warmonger rules for netepic (or even Sm2).
Anybody have a summary of this?

There are rules and datacard for the Warmonger in the NetEpic Optional Rules book. The Warmonger came out for E40K so there are no SM2 rules for it I'm afraid.
