However, I could see what I could rig for you guys down under.  I'll have to find a heck of a drop stone though to put resin into orbit... and I can't guarantee they won't melt on re-entry.

hmmm.  we will need a magnetic catapult and a carbon/carbon re-entry shield for the resin.
seriously tho that is really insane postage, makes some of the guys on e-bay look honest to say thats what they have to charge.

Well, me being inquisitive and not wanting to pay a small fortune for postage. I asked why so much, apparently the builing I have described as the Barracks is 460g. That is one heavy piece of resin. So what I want reaches a grand total of 25.25GBP, with the postage at 59.10GBP. I dont know about you guys, but that seems absolute S#$% to me. And lets no forget I have to convert the little GBP into $AU, at roughly $2.50AU to the GBP.

I do have a couple of Snapdragon pieces myself and they are indeed a seriously heavy/solid piece of resin as compared to ForgeWorld...

That said though the postage quote is barking mad... I wonder what the postage would work out to for 1 single piece?

It should fall under the small packet weight limit which should in theory drop the postage down to about 7 or 8 GBP... what they charge mind you is another matter entirely.

Ok, so an update on this,

I have cut away the Snapdragon stuff, although I think they would go a long way to improving on the base I cant justify paying 60GBP for postage, when I pay 8GBP for a GW order. So I will go ahead with the FW stuff and the stuff from Poland and see how I go. More to follow when I get back, hopefully everything will be in place when I get back
