It definitely is a 3D job.  Cold Navy's info page list these guys are their printers:

Their minimum stereolithography printing price seems to be about $380. Bummer.

Information on this was floated when the Cold Navy line was up for sale. The line is completely sculpted virtually. There are no physical greens, and one of the problems with initially selling the line was that there was no physical product to pass on.
