Steel Legion is the book list, which can be quite infantry heavy.  I don't play IG, but I regularly play against an infantry heavy force from the Steel Legion list.

thats a good point.  When I say steel legion, I actually field a "Valhallan" style army that i think of as a shock army (cos i like the name more than anything:  The 313th Valhallan Shock Regiment.  Invokes images of waves of infantry, commisars and huge posters of uncle Joe )

I use the Steel Legion list but lean towards a more infantry heavy force.

Steel Legion but we also have all the bits to field Minervans and Krieg (which we will be doing as soon as my opponents develop their skills - still learning).

I use mostly the Old Gray Guard from SM1/SM2 ... However, I have DKoK, Cat & Val Detachments also in my Rgts & Bdes. ?Coalition Warfare, it's all good ! ?I base my TO&Es(List ...for you amatuers !) on SM1 Templates, which IMO is the best TO&E system G/W ever came up with(borrowed!). ? I have one Lt. CAV Rgt, 3 Mech Rgts, 1 Armor Battle Grp and 1 Hvy Armor Battle Grp, which includes a DKoK Siege Bn and Tank Bn. ? :D

Tank heavy vanilla steel legion - getting ready to switch to Minervan armoured regiment.

Would love to do DKoK if FW releases Epic scale versions of their new Gorgon SHT.

Excellent news!!

Given that FW release so many variants of the same tank I think it would be cool if the can release Epic scale version of their 40k DKoK models. Gorgon would be eseential but Centaur and that Heavy Artillery Carriage with Medusa Siege Gun would also be cool.

But for me the Gorgon is crucial. I have no desire to do an Epic DKoK army without one. Or six!!  :D

I play whichever IG list I feel like playing: Krieg, Cadian, Catachan, Minervan, etc.

The pieces don't change much.

i field the Savlar Chem Dogs.  So far i have only played one game with them.  They performed very well.

What figs do you use for the Chem Dogs, G/W's DKoK or DRM's Industrial Infantry ? These guys are in (MOPP 4), full Chem suits, they'd be a good choice ?   And I didn't know if some had done an E:A list for them ?
