Another slight change from the titan legion of the titan.

The first of my three harbingers.

As you can expect being part of a slaaneshi air fleet means I've done the harbinger in tactically camouflaged for high level sorties.

the other two will be purple and someting else.  Maybe tiger stripped pink and blue.

As you can see buy te shots with an pic stand (okay two pence piece) the think is huge.  From nose to tail, it is probably as long as an imperator is tall!

Ah yes Barbie.  The dark Princes first daemon princess.  And she always beats her targets for souls sold to Slaanesh (which reminds me I am behind on my quota.  Anyone want to sell their souls to slaanesh you get immortality*)

... Well back to the painting.  I have based my three recent titans, though the flock is a lighter shade than my previous lot.  O well.  It'll do.

First up stormbringer

Next two shots of God bane.  For some reason his head is cocked to one side, as if he is contemplating shooting someone with a pair of volcano cannons!

* Chance of immortality as a daemon prince compared to that as a spawn is insignificant.  Please remember this is a whole of life and afterlife agreement.

Next up my first objective.  I still need to do some shading on the crater and I'm not that happy with the glowing end of the leg, but I don't know how to paint white/red hot metal.

First off.  titan plus melta mine equals face plant.

An overview of the crash

A shot of the glowing tibular(?)

Well I went back to my titan legion for some more painting (I got bored painting tanks) and have finished Castellum perdition, my siege titan.

For his base I decided to go against the usual grey quogmire of trenches and rather have a freshly dug one.  ready to deal wth anything thrown against it!

What I find amusing is that his longest ranged weapons are his two air defense turrets!

I've done a bit more work on my titans,  Got most of the painting done on my last reaver and the Imperator, as well as the knights.

However I have been side tracked by my techguard and now have 12 fire support stands and 72Techguard stands to paint  :confuse: .  What is nmore one of the sprues fo my infantry had about 6 deformed huardmen on it, where the molding had failed.  So I'm going to have a whole new box sent to me.

I've also started mon my preatorians.  So far I have Ogryns and some triple barrelled cannons to replace their gun arms.  I'm not sure if I am gong to give them tracks yet (I'm not quite sure how to do them).

How about EW Droids for the tracks= Just remove the upper torso and replace it with the Ogryn torso. Should fit nicely and be very quick to do IMO :;):

Quick update of my partly painted Reaver and Imperator.

Firstly the Reaver.

I still have a bit more work to do onthe biotitan, but I am happ with the yellow and black scheme.  It ts the first time I used the foundation paints and they relly helped as a base colour for the sunburst yellow.

Now for the Lady.

First off a few general shots of her. ?I still have to do the gold work on her eagles and weather the metal and make her a base.

Next a few close ups of her weapons.

firstly the dual gatlng blaster.

Next the dual long barrelled turbo laser.

And finally her carapce gunz. ?The nearest turret is a bit lose in its fitting, so I am going to have to redrill its hole.

Update: I've been working on my tech guard recently, and have come to the conclusion that batch painting epic infantry in batches of about 50 stands is a bad bad idea :p .

To reduce the slef inflcieted madness I have been converting my fire support stands with epic scale sand bags.  I'll try to get some pictires of them up tomorrow.

I came to the same conclusion.  :D Now I try to limit myself to doing batches of no more than 20.

Here is a WIP shot of my Skitarri infantry.  turns out that there are 72 stands of them not the 50 I thought and I still have another box waiting to be put together.
