I decided instead of making a new thread for each of my ongoing projects that I would just keep them all in one crazy thread. ?I have more stuff than I could probably ever paint, but in this thread I am going to do my best to get a lot of stuff done so that I am not so overwhelmed each time I open my hobby cabinets. ?The first entry is an early Christmas present from the manager at my local GW store. ?He has been trying for a while to get me to play areonautica imperialis. ?So, to motivate me to play he bought me a pair of the forgeworld ork fighta bommerz as a start for my orky air force. ?Here are a few pics of the finished product.

Bommerz over da Sulfer Riverz!  Very nice planes there.  These are slightly larger than the Epic fliers, right?  I've heard some good things actually about AI.  I wouldn't mind a pick up game sometime to try it out but I say stick with Epic fliers.

Yeah the forgworld are a good bit larger than the epic versions.  I do have to say the these were actually very nice for a forgeworld item only 2 time guns were broke off the wings, other than that really nice.  I myself do not have any of the rules, but the guys at the GW store have copies so I will probably just use thiers for now.

Great work! :D Always impressed when someone goes to the length of painting checkers...

AI is worth playing in my experience.

And good idea on the thread... :)

Nice paint job - I guess that's one sort of flaming which will not get banned from this forum :) :)

Those are nice, and I would give AI a go too.

At the Katy Mills location, plus that gives my wife something to do while I am there.  But alas I have only been visiting not gaming.  :(

Just a quick update, I have messed up my back and have not been able to paint for a little while now, but will soon return with the 2 Baron Knights that I am currently working on.  Hope to get finished and show pics soon.
