This weekend i played a game chaos spacemarines+OGBM against alaitoc edra+mjonir squats. As it was the first time i have seen chaos forces, i rapidly thought that it could be cool to fight a battle between space marines and chaos space marines. I goy my pencil and...

By the way, space marine 2nd ed. marine miniatures are really small when compared with Epic 40k edition
Also, any hint about how to finish this kirin?

Yes, do a very thin wash of dark purple on the top, and a very thin wash of dark blue on the bottom. Then let it dry for a day, and take another picture.

Hmmm. The desired effect was to create shading, of course.
It still looks fairly similar. The kirin still looks normal to your eye, yes? My advice didn't ruin it?

Not at all. Your advice is ALWAYS great.
A pic of my WIP:

The dwarves are Chariot's EM4 dwarves. We are painting them together ("chain painting")
Nowadays i get very few times to paint. (Un)fortunately i'm becoming dole in 3 weeks at most, so i will have plenty of time to paint more stuff, specially 6mm. By the way, last time i played a game my complete army was painted, and my friend's was almost (the Squats which i have got to paint from time to time)

So i have become dole... and 4 days later someone offered my a job to begin the 1st of february. I'm happy! And because of that, i have finished all my remaining ninja and the temple dog:

Now, i'm painting some samurai while a reaver titan and a whole Leman Russ company are taking an acethone bath. Maybe i will get to paint some Epic stuff in a short time (at last! this photoblog seems more 28mm than 6mm nowadays)

I'm guessing it's a Temple Dog, since Yuber said he finished all his Ninja and a temple dog.
