Welcome to the EpiComms Painting Competition, 2007
The focus of the painting competition is to show the best in painting and modelling in Epic and at 6mm.
2007 Epic Painting Competition Rules
The following competition rules will apply throughout the competition and are final and not open to discussion.
No purchase is necessary for entry into the competition.
Access to the competition is via EpiComms at www.tacticalwargames.net. Potential entrants to the competition need to complete some personal information before proceeding to the competition.
The deadline for entries to the competition is 4pm, 30th November 2007 (UK time). All competition entries received up to and including the closing date will be entered into the competition.
The competition will be judged during December 2007.
The winner for each category will be the entrant with the highest vote.
There is no cash alternative to the prizes on offer. The prizes cannot be transferred to any other individual.
By entering into the competition entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules. The judges? decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. It is a condition of entry that winners agree to make themselves available to participate in any public relations activity arranged by EpiComms.
In addition, submission to this competition automatically signifies acceptance of all conditions, and permission for the entry picture/s to be used on this site, or the Exodus Wars or Dark Realm web sites.
Prizes are limited to one per member. In the event that a single members wins across multiple categories, the winner will be able to select the single category/prize that they would like to accept, and the judges and administrators will redistibute prizes across other winners as they see fit.
Submissions are not restricted in components used. Any miniature parts, at any scale and even household objects may be used. However, the resulting miniature must clearly be appropriate for a specified unit in the game of Epic. Also, additional restrictions and changes to these regulations apply to categories 5 and 6.
