I've kept going!
My paint-Fu has been weak so I've turned to building to keep things moving along. Digressing slightly (and thereby breaking my self-imposed rule about getting the Guard done first) an I Ork Big mob was built last night and today, as an act of atonement, 3 bases of Guard Stormtroopers got their bases painted in one of the least impressive painting sessions on record!
Tomorrow the Shadowswords get based and then it's time for the infanty co. to get some paint.

fantastic job matey, i think i beat u for worst painter award ive only managed two and a half tanks in about a week!

@munky79 - sounds like it's a close race for slowest painter. These tanks took me about a week once I got going so I guess you just about take the lead!
The next mission is to paint up 26 stands of infantry. I'm giving myself two weeks, then there are just a couple of valkyries, the storm troopers, 2 Warhounds and a couple of manticores to go. By Christmas I'll be be painting orks!
