This is actually exactly how it is right now... since Synapse Groups are worth "double" their points, if they are half-or-under, they're worth their normal cost and if they're destroyed, they're worth double their cost.

Why give points for just under half?  That seems like giving easy points to the enemy.

Since Brood creatures spawn it can't be expected of players to keep track of how many they kill, nor is it the case that their numbers at the end of one turn reflect how many casualties have been inflicted. The opponent doesn't have to keep track of how many Brood creatures are killed; it's just an abstraction of how much damage has been inflicted on the Bugs to count the Brood creatures that are dead at the end of a turn and give "half" their value as Victory Points... just like in "real life", it's more important to kill the Synapse than the Broods.

Hey guys,

What do you say to moving these rules over to the wiki?  It would give us the ability to see the differences as the rules progress.

I think it would be a worthwhile endeavor. Personally I think a wiki is a great tool for cooperative development.

Sorry though, I only keep the newest set of rules.
