T o be fair we Navy Dept folk spend more time near the surf than anyone else though!  :p

I once saw 30+ waterskiers behind a Guided Missile Frigate - hillarious!  :D

Last week I installed a site meter to my VSF blog (URL below) and have been rather stunned to see over 400 hits in less than a week!

Anyway, I've done a bit of a facelift at the old White Wine sauce and refreshed the template and the feel of it.  Feel free to drop by and let me know what you think of the changes.

I'm not surprised you have lots of hits Tas, you've collected a fantastic load of resources there! :)   Looks great, only thing that was slightly annoying was a section all in capitals (someone else posting it though... :))

I would like to share a special wargaming Dad moment with you guys. ?

I have been trying to get hold of some if the great WW1 Wings of War minis (1/144 scale) but they are rather scarce. ?Then along comes a top bloke called Luis, aka Cuban Commissar, who buys some from his local shop and ships them to me (thanks again mate!). ?When they arrived this week my 6yr old son helped me open the box, pulled out one and said:

"This looks just like Biggle's Sopwith Camel in France"

And indeed he was holding a Sopwith Camel! - What a proud moment for a wargaming Dad ?:p ? :D ? :cool:
