The only point I'd make is that the Warhound titans are a very specific exception, and for all other slow firing weapons you either fire them or you don't - you can't fire a Bombard at 1BP every turn.
What about Slow Firing weapons in the AMTL list... or the Stormblade in the Death Korps / Tank Regiment list?
You need to make a distinction between direct-fire weapons systems, and BP-based weapons systems, not Warhounds vs everything else.

I think it is better to include in the notes section if you canuse a smaller numbe rof shots instead to blast the full load with multiple-shot slow-fire weapons.
The Warhounds PlasmaBlastgunis fed directly fromits reactor. Titan reactors are equipped in such a way that its energy/plasma can be redirected to the several systems in need of power to different degrees. For example the Titan can redirect huge amounts of energy to recharge the void engines and small energy to the PlasmaBlastgun. Or it can store plasma in the PlasmaBlastgun for later use while powering its engine to greater speed.
The reactor on the Stormblade is only there to feed the PlasmaBlastgun (and power the engine which needs only a small fraction of its power)) and would release its full sharge with every shot.

I think you have it wrong there. I don't think other slow-firing direct fire weapons were considered when the rulebook was first written.
I think the Warhound note was added more as an explanation as to how to handle the only multi-shot slow firing weapon in the game, rather than a blanket ruling that implied all other multi-shot weapons in the game *must* fire all their shots.
The reactor on the Stormblade is only there to feed the PlasmaBlastgun (and power the engine which needs only a small fraction of its power)) and would release its full sharge with every shot.
Ruleswise in 40k, they have the same rate of fire.

I agree with E&C. I think the Warhound note is a general explanation of how multi-shot slow firing weapons work, rather than an exception.
BP weapons have one "shot" that can't be broken up, regardless of how many BP are in that shot. If you wanted a slow firing BP weapon that had the option to be broken up over multiple turns, it would be "2x 1BP, slow firing" not "2BP, slow firing."
