From what I have heard that is supposed to be a heavy flamer variant for the baneblade.  But this is the first I have seen of it in the real world.

How about a variant that just has stubbers all over it? I would call it the "Sir Stubs-A-Lot" pattern.

The chaos looks evil and I have also heard the that there is an ork sprue the go along with the imperial and chaos.
