You see ;), 6mm sci fi gaming cannot die as long as there are people willing to provide such excellent 6mm models.

I think this model is an excellent example of this!

Clearly, that is NOT actually a Death Wheel and really does not have any Chaos markings on it... otherwise it would be illegal to cast and sell. I think that this is just what I am looking for as a recon robot to help my 28mm Defiance science fiction army!  ???

Hmm now as you mention it. You're right. Nevertheless i would buy 2 for my own science fiction force for my self invented game.

Personally I think it looks like the huge WW2 NAZI Wheel Captain America fought in the Marvel Comic series :).

Huge attack wheels are just steam punk, they are quite common out their.

Actually, so long as I don't use the term Chaos Deathwheel I think the legality would'nt be a problem. The eight pointed star type design isn't unique to GW, lots of companies use it or variations on it, and as to the design itself, GW have never made or drawn a Deathwheel, so have not design copyright...

That said, offering it as something else (like your 28mm recon droid idea) would probably be the safest way to go... if people want to use it for Epic, who am I to argue?
Regards,
Reaver

Personally i'm looking forward to sticking a couple of Karnaks Droid Controller turrets on the wheel and using them as it's main guns :D.

This is genius, pure genius!

Edit:
Come to think of it, if Steel Crown could find it in their hearts to make those turrets available seperately, there are alot of vehicles that could be "Chaosified"!
