G'day all.
Here is a closer look at the Firebase I put together for Epic Assault (held last weekend here in Perth).
The central base is from Dark Realm Miniatures. The concrete wall sections are made using Hirst Arts moulds, the bunker on the perimeter is an objective marker, the boom gates are N gauge railway parts. The barbed wire was made by wrapping thin wire around a skewar and the tank traps were made from leftover sprue bits (dabigboss' idea).

Very cool mate. Nice to see someone else who uses the little joiners from the base sprues for tank traps!
Good to see another person using the DRM terrain too, of course - would be cool if you could post some pics on the DRM forums too (we dont mind them with epic minis in, as long as they're noted as such so we cant be done for false advertising  )

Including the Bionicle lids, that's 2 of the really cool items from those pics, now what were those pyramid things made from?

Nice to see you on here Onyx. I am sure everyone will appreciate getting to see your work.
The pyramid things were some kids toys that stack together, coloured plastic thingamegigs.
