Just in case anyone forgot ... We rustics in the former Colonies of the New World, celabrate our liberation from the oppresive British Crown, this time every year !   Liberation !!!    :D  Of course my people didn't show up here until the early 1900s ... But we celabrate it anyway ! :laugh:

I spent my 4th thanking my lucky stars we broke from the shackles of oppression of the British Empire.

Actually I spent it watching my kids at the park, but its almost the same.  :p

Good point =][=, hope Mrs. =][= doesn't read this !   (And I fixed my L/Russ & I-Titan thread, too!)  As I type this, my neighborhood sounds like a pitched battle is going on !  The sounds of War and smell of cordite and sulfur !  I'll keep my head low and continue watching The History Channel Marthon about our glorious Revolution !  :D  Long Live the USA !  :)

Yeah, but we celebrate the fact that it failed, not that it was successful!

Anyway, 4th July round here is 'Glad we got rid of the Yanks' Day! :D
