thanks for all the great responses. I've been meaning to take better pictures of the fleet for a while now, but still haven't found the time ( real life getting in the way and such). I try to make some better pictures soon!

there aren't any missing parts from the Idolator, exept for the prow of one of them ( replaced with a space marine shoulderpad). I just cut them in half after the prowsection.

I LOVE the ythird vessel with the bridge at half the hiull. It looks like a WWII Battleship!! Amazing piece of work! :D Kudois for a great fleet man.

Thnks, that was exactly the look I was after. I based it on the old WWI dreadnoughts and WWII battleships.
It still needs Rogue Trader approwed stats though.

And good news, soon i can start painting :)

Yannic, may I ask how you painted the "WWII BB"?

It lloks like a straight black primmer + red lines and details (gore red?) + yellow dots and silver weapon systems. Am I forgetting a step like drybrushing the whole ship or something?

Chaos black primer, Codex grey drybrush over the entire ship. Red lines indeed, I believe its either blood red or red gore, not to sure about that one. Indeed yellow dots and Mithril Silver weapon systems.

It was a paintscheme I used for my chaos fleet, but never really finished the fleet. It now has most of its ships painted in a different colour, which is properly chaotic come to think of it.

Cool, thanks. I will be testing this on one of my ships today.

Cheers,

Xavi
