As for the army lists, you use the v5.0 lists, which can be found here:

The army lists are currently being reviewed for typos before they are made "official" for NetEpic Gold.

ok i have the core rules in gold i was if the army book in gold was out publicly but the stil in editorial i can't wait it all so icseiding but i must have paitiens
