EPISODE 1

Hi all,
the poll for awarding my 40K Rhino CI went swimmingly, the Inquisition number being pulled out of the hat. So they're happy, and that should keep them off my back whilst I deal with those most delightful of Xenos, the Eldar.

Alaitoc, to be precise.

3 people voted for the 'CI for Alaitoc' option in my poll. To reward them for their courage and understanding, I'm seriously thinking about this....

EPISODE 2

It will not be called a CI of course. I need a good name for this. Ummmm - how about Hoastwarden? Or Starbearer? Or   Wraithark?
Time for a new poll, perhaps. Or should we begin with a design concept? An image?

EPISODE 3

The moment you've all been waiting for. Er.... or maybe not.

Anyway - here she is. No, she's not ready, this is the - er- hull on which the new vehicle will be based.

And she's going to Alaitoc. I do not have an Alaitoc army - Now I will. So my Eldar forces will be split between Nemusa (my current craftworld) and Alaitoc. Makes for a bit of variety, anyway. Red and yellow, and blue and yellow. Sorry L-4!  :;):

Yet another crazy idea xDDD
You should take his inside parts (and the actual iron) out so that it weights less in order to put it in a flying stand (with the stick conveniently shortened to make the machine look like skimming).

Uhm, it could look really good :)

:D  :p  That is very funny!  If it was 1/4 the size I'd say you could probably get away with it.

Haha!

So is your wife/significant other going to be okay with this?

...Unless you want a realistic representation of what infantry is going to look like if it's been run over by a Super Heavy :p

EPISODE 4

The wife want's to throw it away, because its heating element is dead. It's scrap iron (d'oh!  :p )

Bans - thanks :)
Yuber - I considered removing the steel plate, but its 'heavy' feel is nice. Of course, if I ever have to transport it I might change my mind...
Lord Inq. -
Moscovian - 1/4 of that size? Nah. this would only be as large as my Administratio Imperialis and smaller in width (span, actually) than the old Megabomma. Epic scale should have no limits! Practicality is, of course, another issue.
Warmaster - that's just it! Its shape reminded me of the old WS :)
Pulsar - scale pic later.
Tas and Warmaster - it's fortunately a dead iron, so no chance of that. Pity, though, any opponent would have been strongly distracted by that possibility, I dare say....

Bah! The possibility of having a two pound Eldar engine of doom squish your FW Grey Knights should be distraction enough :p :;):
