One problem with color coding what type of card it is, is that each army is color coded, red for Space Marines, blue for IG, green for Orks, etc.

Ahhh that's right my hazy memories are returning :D, so if we were going for that "old school" SM2 look and I'm guessing that's really what most people here want, it's going to have to be half height support cards and color coded by race.

If it isn't too hard you could make both options.  I would prefer all cards to be nice and neat the same size with color coding personally as I would laminate them in pouches for use.

Special cards are the same size as company cards. I like the support cards to be have size as well.

Company, Special and Unique (the old free, or craftworld specific) Cards were all full height, and only Support were half height.  If you want to see the SM2 ones, I'd be happy to supply- scans (given time) or borrowing (post)- though I don't think you'd learn much, except that multiple silhouettes per unit rather then 'x6' visualises the content a bit better (but might strain the qulaity:size ratio in a pdf?).  Otherwise yours are superior.

Others definately had CCG sleaves in mind, but I would guess cutting the sleave in half would be easy enough (I don't know about them myself).

I'm not bothered about sticking to one colour.  If you do the one theme colour- then maybe different shades, patterns or something to tell the types apart- especially if all are full size, but otherwise just for unique/special cards would be handy.

Magnificent work.  Those look fantastic.  I'd love to print some of those out for my own use if there are ever Ork or Tau ones.

My personal preference is for half-height support cards, but that's 'cause I'm a fuddy duddy ol' SM2 player.  If they wound up being full height, I think I'd manage.

Yeah, we're all nostalgists....I vote for half height support cards too....if it is possible.  

As feed back, I found the old school Wave Serpent kinda weird in among all the new silhouettes, and sing out if you want Tempest photos to use too.  Just to reiterate though, fantastic work!

OK guys I'm getting there...
   * Support cards are now ?half height? like the old Space Marine cards were
   * More cards, nearly done the standard Eldar list (phew!)
   * Standardized the main color bars, so that they are all purple (for Eldar), but with a slightly different style bar on each of the cards types (company, support & special)

I've got a bit stuck with finding decent pictures of the super-heavy tanks. I've found some pictures but they are all a bit "top-down" so when converted to silhouettes they just look like blobs, and you can't make out any of the unique features (e.g. Cobra's massive gun).

Can anyone here help and supply me with any good pictures of the Eldar super heavies taken from a side on, angle (preferably against a plain background but it's not essential) Thanks! Send me a PM if you need my email address.

I'm happy to help on the SHTs, but my collection is a bit sketchy here....I can cover the Tempest, the older E40K Cobra and the Void Spinner.  I do intend to get the others one day.....

As other people here, I think your cards are very nice. What did you use to create them ?

I've been working on NetEPIC cards too, and thus copied some of your design. Here is what I've done so far :
Squats
Space Marines (not complete)
Orcs (far from complete)
There are still some adjustement to do, and corrections to make (and where are the Nob Warbike statistics ?)...

in that case there are quite alot of misspelled stuff there, are the "original" Latex files availible somewhere?
