Thanks very much! :)  I've made some more - and then there were Eight! :D

Now I've run out of 6mm scale trees, so I'll have to wait a little while before doing some more.

In the meantime, I've started on Epic scale Jungle - here's a WIP shot of the first; there's a lot of foliage to add to it! :;):

Thanks for looking, more pics over the weekend

Cool I like it.

Thanks very much! :)

Work on the jungles has continued, I've spent many hours today ink-washing jungle trees, dry-brushing their bases, assembling the jungles treees, then sticking them to said bases.  I'm doing 28mm & 6mm scale jungle in tandem - here's the 6mm Jungle I've done so far:

I'm still not sure that I've convered them in densely enough with plants, but I'm trying to bear in mind that people will need to manouvre infantry bases through them...

I've nrealy finished the second board - pics tomorrow.  In the meantime, thanks for looking! :)

The nice thing about trees is that you just say that the 28mm ones are older larger trees.  No doors or cockpits to give away the scale.

I'm still continuing on the Jungle & Woodland stuff, but to break up the insessant gluing/drybrushing, I've started work on a piece which will fit in with the Jungle stuff.  It could be for Epic or any other 6mm sci fi, I tried to keep it generic:

I expect you'll recognise DRM & 40k components in there.  As well as a strip off the front of a razor...

That is a fantastic piece and the best use of a GW paint cap I seen.

Then gentleman, my work here is complete.   :blues:  :;):  :D

Actually, far from it - I'm still chipping away at the Jungle pieces, should have them finished by Friday evening.

I'm glad you liked this piece though, it's this kind of thing - just getting inspiration from whatever's languishing round my bits box - that I've been most looking forward to making with this project.  It has been a bit tedious doing all the generic stuff (still got hills and desert stuff to do), but it needs to be done.  But when i get on to the 6mm sci-fi Industrial pieces and ruined factories my bits box will really come in to its own :D
