ohhhh, im in love... so wrong but so right.

dam nice looking tanks... but i may leave the small turrets off, i hate the look of secondary turrets.... but thats just my taste..

(plus i get a shed load of turres for convertions :D)

Comparison shot:

Left to right:
Ragnarok, Enforcer, SG Baneblade, Skullhamma, Enforcer, Stormhammer, FW Baneblade, Enforcer, Land Raider.


It also struck me that the enforcer would make a decent starting point for Ork Battlefortress conversions. The upper hull is fairly flat so it is easy to stick on some orky turrets and perhaps add a death roller.

OK, it has been almost 24 hours now and these things are not in the store.  :devil:  Why must you tease us so?

Now there's another idea! :cool:

Personally I think I'm going to turn a few into Death Korps Macharius Heavy Tanks. The rear mounted turret makes it a good candidate I think. Fill in the gap to the rear, remove the main gun barrel and add two smaller ones. Remove the small front turrets and extend the treads to the top of the vehicle using plasticard. Add some side armour and a few sponsons and I think it should be pretty good :;):

Well, that's what is a big plus with E/W & DRM - they can fill in for G/W ... :D

Unless you're using FW SHT's, it looks like an ok proxy for a Baneblade straight out of  the box to me. Bit thinner, but lots of guns and other dimensions are fine. Almost one third the price too... :)

That was the first thing I thought of when I saw it.

If I wasn't 80% of the way through scratch building a Gorgon (With the intention of also making it possible to make Macharii from the hull), I'd be picking these out as my first proxy... an ideal size.
