Yep it's in there somewhere in Jervis' notes about unit speed IIRC.

(Something about speed when taking the Advance order being 'operational' speed over 15 minutes, rather than maximum speed (Which is represented by the March order)).

Anyway, it's in his designer's notes somewhere; Each Epic turn represents 15 minutes.

Oh and reguarding the thunderhawk interceptor - the dodgy scan of IA I've got says there top speed is 2000kph, almost as fast as a barracuda.
