I was just remembering that the OGRE/GEV line should be in "roughly" the same scale as other 6mm lines.  Does anybody have a review of their figures?

This fellow looks sort of Eldar-ish, I suppose....

I dont have a review, but I did use an OGRE for a leviathan in my original Desert Ferrin Force, and the pics might provide at least a decent scale reference for the line:

I have 3 ORGE (Mk.s III-V) models I use for Cultist Artifact AFVs (SM1 TO&Es) ... However, the SJG ORGE/GEV models are very nice and compatible with most 6mm games.  But the Infantry is TOO BIG, the rest of the models are just fine.  They are still available, from SJG Warehouse 23.   They even have a few buildings.

Thanks for the evals...

Yes, they looked pretty good.  I hate to think how big the TOO BIG infantry is -- getting awfully close to 10mm, I'd imagine!

Yep ... 10mm is about right.  For humans they might be too big ... but they did some mutated "Ogrethulu" Infantry would work for Chaos/aliens.  But again, their AFVs, FA, etc. are good. Had some but sold them, I'm sticking to G/W-F/W, DRM, E/W maybe few others ! :D

I have the Ogrethullu infantry.  It's not noticably oversized.  Comperable to an SM scout I'd guess.  I'll be using them as mutants and possessed.

The ground vehicles are Epic compatible, GEVS are really small.

If you use a mighty Mk VI OGRE with those puncy Space Elves, you deserve to have it suffer a software crash and go bezerk in your HQ!

Any chance of a link to a website for this supplier?  I've only ever seen the OGRE models, but none of the others for this range...

Thanks! :)

Yes, Tas, my 3 OGREs are in Traitor/Cultists hands !  So feel safe !                 Checkout W/23 F/S, the AFVs are much more futuristic.  As I said, some good looking stuff !  :)

Ive been known to have a few OGREs....I think I stopped at 15  :p

One day I may redo my OGRE site, but I still like it.
I also lost the whole program it was created on, so I would have to go from scrach.  I really couldnt face that...

The Ogre miniatures are great. I agree, however that the infantry are too big. ?Check out my flickr site to see:
Some Ranger MBTS in action, Galahads, Ogre Mk III, and Ogre Mk V. ?There are a few pics of Rangers in action with figures from other lines (Epic, Battletech, etc.).
