Hi all,
the odd conversions I make are, I guess, a major source of fun for me - and the main reason why I never finish any other project. After the recent Warp Palace (appreciated) and the Pitron (less so - as expected :p ) I sat back and thought.

Well, not quite, I started a new conversion (Alpha Legion get the prize this time), but that's beside the point.
I'm trying to decide which of the 5 guys above influences my - ah - style (or lack of) most. Each of these has his own characteristics, each has provided in some way inspiration. Or that's what I like to think.

Who of these has had the most influence? Judge away!

Just in case:
Jackson Pollock
Andy Warhol
Hieronymus Bosch
Wile E. Coyote
Ed Wood

thanks guys  :p

Well I've gone for Bosch, twisted and hellish,  Pollock and Warhol I can't see fitting, Mr Coyote and Mr Wood would be close seconds.

I voted Mr Coyote, purely because although I can see the influence of all the other artists, none have the sense of sheer (insane) genius captured in your conversions :)

It's definitely a hybrid of the "twisted and hellish" Bosch and the mechanical inspiration and "whatever it takes" attitude of our favorite Coyote.

EDIT I voted for Wile E., but I could easily have voted for Bosch.

I don't know that I'd agree with Wile E.  He may have been a "Super Genius", but it was more mechanical than creative.

No one but Vanvlak has the ability to combine mundane objects to create something truly exotic, even otherworldly.

While V's creations may possess a haunting aesthetic, they aren't mechanically functional.

I'd have to skip all the above and vote Salvador Dali.

I'm surprised Daemons from the Warp wasn't one of the options

I think a mix of Dr Frankenstein and HG Wells would be a suitable blend - creativity and forsight blended with modern science and arcane knowledge.   :D

To that end I went with Bosch as well  :glare:

Bosch as well.... But mainly because he's also a personal favourite of mine. :D Tas does ake some very good points about bringing in a bit of Wells...or Jules Verne for that matter.
Oh and you also clearly forgot to add Klunk from Dastardly and Muttley in their Flying Machines (Catch the Squi....erh... Pigeon) :D
