For the Slann Mechs I'd use protomechs myself, a number of them also seem to be fitting in scale.
Hydras as Tadpoles
Minotaurs as Frogs
And Centaurs as Bullfrogs
Scale wise they seem fitting (A Protomech stands about half the height of a Mech miniature in metal, which is maybe knee-height on the Wizkids models from what size they appear to be). They seem to feel suitably alien for the most part and they're highly stylized as well. No idea what to use for the titans, though others seem to have suggested good ones for those!
Sorry about being so slow to make suggestions but I didn't even see this subject go up originally.
Hehe, actually Ilushia, those are the minis I use for the different slann units and those were the ones originally recommended.
Of course there is a lot more to choose from from other lines but the BT stuff is still good to use.
I had not seen the protomechs before, they certainly look like very good choices for proxies as well!
