When an oppurtunity presents itself, I push DRM & EW like a pimp with a ho!

Please stop talking dirty. It's very distracting.

But acceptable.

Forgive my thoughtless indiscretion. ?I forget how conservative otters are. ? ?

It was born only of my love and passion for high quality minis.
 ? ?

BTW, glad I could turn yet another player on to the wonders of Exodus Wars.

Exodus Wars will have a 28mm line as well in the future - we're already in discussion. We are aiming to have all of the infantry and most of the vehicles turned big in the future.

Our 6mm line will continue at it's present rate though ;), have no fear.

If we ever run out of things to sculpt, then i'm sure you guys will give us plenty of ideas :D.

L4, I know you're a busy man, but since you have much of the EW, DRM, Epic, and GZG lines, maybe you could put up some comparison pics on the EW forum.  Something similar to what Audrey did on the DRM forum.   Nothing too extensive, just a few pieces to demonstrate size.

I'd offer to do it, but despite my best efforts, I'm still having alot of trouble taking quality pics.

I wasn't sure if Netepic/Tom would be able to put up pics of his competitors, but no reason you as a collector can't post pics of your collection.

I think this would help alot of people who like to mix and match miniature companies.  Especially those not familiar with Epic.

I must say I really like the look of the DRm and E/W minis. DRM too seems to be about to be carried by a fellow in Canada. Is it the same sculptor doing both lines?

It is indeed the same sculptor. Exodus wars initially started as a part of DRM, but the projects were headed in seperate directions so two companies were formed, but both remain primarily sculpted by Bob Naismith.

And yes, DRM should soon be being carried in Canada as well as by Heritage studios in the US. :D

P.S. I've been flat on my back again with med problems, but I'll get updating my workbench thread once again ASAP with finished pics of allthe next releases for DRM. ;)

My apologies to E/W & Tom.

I didn't mean to make it sound as thought Exodus Wars was in any way a "spin off" of Dark Realm Miniatures, but I realise that could be how it sounds from the above.
This is not the case.
Tom was at one stage involved in DRM, but had his own cool concepts for a 6mm range & decided to create Exodus Wars as an entirely seperate entity.

Both companies make cool toys for us 6mm gamers & collectors. :D
Both companies happen to primarily use the same sculptor.
Both Companies are run by long time members of the EpiComms / Tactical command forums.
Otherwise there is no link & certainly neither should be portrayed as an offshoot of the other. My apologies for any confusion.

Hey, what's the dealio with Heritage Studios lately? There have been some strange rumors regarding unresponsiveness to orders and stock issues. Is that accurate?

Also, their website was crawling yesterday.

As I understand it, Steve at Heritage has been posted on Military service in Iraq. Orders are still being processed, but without him on the spot, things have slowed down.

I know Doug (DRM) is waiting to hear from him & find out the exact situation so we can sort out a way forward.

Hopefully the Canadian supplier will be sorted soon, which will at least give a point of access on that side of the pond.

Sorry I cant be more definite in my answer - thats all I know at this stage.
