I have never been a fan of the Empire, particularly with the latest rewrite. However, the only faction that has interested me is Middenheim (gotta love those White Wolf Knights).

So, does anyone have...

A Warmaster list for Middenheim
A Warhammer list for Middenheim
Any links for background for Middenheim

I personally though the particular period of European history the Empire rips off was actually rather interesting.

Now having said that I haven't seen the latest GW re-write of said history so...

Warmaster wise though this is the only site I had in my bookmarks that looks like it's still up and running:

I believe on of the pre-issue 300 WDs has some Warmaster Middenheim related material as well... not sure which ones though. Sorry.

Storm of Chaos has Middenland army list for WHFB. Does require Empire army book for some of the common units, though.

Thanks for your help, guys. The background resources are interesting. I doubt that I will ever actually put together a Middenheim force, but I occasionally get diverted by this kind of thing, and I have found the best way is to read as much as I can until the feeling goes away and I get back to something sensible!  :;):

i usually end up spending my own body parts to only realise it was a "phase" - thats what happened to my 600 or so LOTR mini's
