I thought about doing the same for many of my F/W IG ... I bought plasticard rod shaped like [  ... and it was easy to bend over the tracks. Then add smaller square rod, along the top to look like where the fenders join at 3 places ... However, I have not got around to doing it ... :)

I have been busy working on the UW Syntha Androsynths, which - to be honest - have been a bit of a pain.  This is down to my decision to prime them white, which meant hours of going over the grey parts & the black parts... again & again, as I kept discovering bits I'd missed, or painted on by accident so I needed to tidy it...   ???

Anyway, by the weekend I'd base-coated all 6 of the 'Synths, and set about applying highlights and detail.  I've since done this to all of them, but as some of them have additional detailing on the base to do I've only really got one finished.  Here it is:

I'm reasonably happy with this one, the highlighting was my first attempt at blending (usually I'm a dry-brush/ink-wash type of painter    ), and I feel it's been reasonably successful, if not what I'd hoped for.

Anyway, I should get the others finished this weekend, and I may start the bigger 'Bots after then - but I doubt I'll get them finished in a hurry, as in less than 2 weeks I'm moving to France...  :O

Thanks for the good-luck wishes, unfortunately we've heard today that the move may be delayed AGAIN for another week or two... which is a tad frustrating - especially as we were originally aiming to move last October...

And btw L-4, it's a bit of both, but mainly the latter! :;):  :D

I finished all Titans for my AMTL list, but although I don't need more I'm tempted to start a 2nd Warlord, this time a plastic one from eBay fresh from the sprue :)
Will probably build and paint it alongside my first infantry formations.

It's not a matter of needing more Titans, but rather wanting more. There's no such thing as too many Titans, or super heavies, or ...  :D

Although there is possibly such a thing as too many infantrymen... especially when they're unpainted.

I plan on starting to reduce that problem Monday, which is a work holiday for me.

Good luck with the infantry, Lion, I hope you have a productive day!

I've finished the Androsynths for my UW Syntha team, they just need varnishing and the one at the back needs some Toxic goo adding to his base.  Oh, and I need to do the shields for the two with Grape Guns...

I'm most pleased with this one, for the simple reason i like how the scorch marks on the rubble have turned out.

I need to prime four more miniatures to finish the rest of the team; will I get them done before the move to France, there's the big question!  ???
