I personally think eldar use SEP technology.
Seriously if something this bright was across the battlefield from you wouldn't your mind just try to persuade you that something that strange doesn't exist and therefore ignore it?

Nice job, even if it is a bit bright ! However, bright colors or not ... I'd shoot first and ask questions later ... always worked for me so far ... seriously !
