There will be no new figs for Chaos as far as I know ... But in early '07, a re-worked Chaos Infantry sprue ... IIRC. :D

That depends on which game you are referring too!   :;):

Current speculation is that the Spring release date from SG will see the second edition of the BFG book, Epic Chaos infantry sprues (only - anything else has been 'lost', including the dreads and bikes that never even got released!), and a third release which escapes me right now.

Yes, but look at all the 6mm Sci-fi coming out in '07 from DRM & E/Wars !  G/W who ?!  :D

Andy Hall told me to my face that the February '07 releases are:

- Chaos for Epic (Just the plastic infantry sprue)

- Araby army for Warmaster


It's also highly likely the new BFG book will be out then too.

And as for not being "Epic", the DRM Pax Arcadia line look almost exactly like numerous Imperials.  The E/W Centurions are dead on Arbites, and the Khazari are unquestionably Squats.

Stick to GW if you like, but there's no reason to go putting down someone elses miniature line, especially when they offer miniatures of equal quality to those you're looking for.

Got to totally and completely agree with Con !   DRM & E/Wars are designed by Epic players ... and their lines are excellent !  I know I have 99% of all G/W-F/W produced for Epic and all that DRM and E/Wars has made so far ...  Regardless if you want/must have G/W   Epic models your options are limited. EBay, Bartertown, here and a lot of luck.  We can hope for G/W or F/W to make new models ...  But based on what we have seen over the past few years, G/W is not going to do much if any in 6mm.  Both DRM and E/Wars, will be producing quaility 6mm Sci-fi and will replace G/W's 6mm line shortly, IMO ...  But like I said - EBay, Bartertown, etc. may be your only option for G/W Epic models ...      BTW, I'd like to date V/Secrets Models, but I'm going to have to stick to hot babes from the gym ! Because they are available !  :;):     LOL !  :D

I was simply trying to address the "random and generic" comment, which I felt was unwarranted, not start some kind of holy war.

Oh I agree !  I'm not sure where I'll assign my DRM or E/W ... but they will be there.  Probably as separate units ... either with or against my G/W-F/W forces ...  Just as if someone makes 6mm Slammers ... they'll be a separate unit, against all !  :D
