I agree though. EpiComp is quite likely to attract just as big an Epic playing audience as anything listed on the Sg site.

My concept, which got only so far as me gathering the required bits together, was to take two forgeworld warhound titans & merge them into one quadraped titan. The plan was to make it lower & sleeker to stop it looking clunky, to keep just the 2 weapon mounts & basically just "Hound" it up a bit more.

I have the bits ready, but it'll never happen now I guess - heck, I still have the "Bits ready" for an imperator titan conversion I designed for the first EpiComp!!

The Eldar pony really sounds really nice!

had a close-combat trike-gargant, Da Speedsta, brewing in my mind. The concept was that Da Boss wanted to get into the fray faster (he was jelous of the speed kults and the stormboyz). Have the background and the stats on file but didnt get to the model. Having a baby girl at home really makes "spare time" scarce.

I've got my Banelord variant with 2 Deathstorms (made from the old version 40K Eldar scatter laser), a tail made from one of the Flails off the 40K Defiler, and the original (poxy) Havoc rack replaced with a mk2 Manticore launcher.  Undercoated ATM and a possible Epicomp entry, but my first plan was a "more realistic" version of a Mega Gargant that still has almost all the weaponry, but without all the gantry/scaffolding and other "excessively silly looking" bitz.  Big lobba and cruz missiles are mounted on shoulder platforms, super lifta-dropper on one arm mount and the big banger cannon on the other, top gun deck turret is the super-zzap gun, and a weird boy is locked in a cage on the top of the head.  Just need to work out whether to replace the secondary weapon turrets, and with what.

Out of the leftovers I've also pieced together a "midi-gargant".....the Mekboys had to slap some weapons on a half built chassis because of a pressing need..... ie. a couple of Marine chapters dropping in uninvited.
