Hmmm ... I've had some Kibri stuff years ago ... it is nice. And would fit well into an Epic battlefield ... Sehr Danke !

From my limited experience with railway models, I'd say it's the box photo - that is, the fully assembled and painted model, as produced by the company modellers and photographer, and not exactly what you'd get - the purchase would be for the model built by the seller, or someone else, painted or unpainted, or unassembled - sorry, didn't read all the ebay ad and havn't time to link again - must rush!
