I got my Old Crow model within a week of ordering it (and that was international shipping), so my experience is that they are quite fast.  

It may be that their recent merger has thrown them into disarray, but I would definitely start emailing them.

Actually Jez over at Old Crow has just set up a deal where his 6mm lines will be produced in North America under licence by these guys:

AFAIK it's just his 6mm lines though nothing else.

Old Crow have been very prompt when I have used them - and as a bonus, the quality of the 6mm buildings is something to behold!! I've got quite a lot of their stuff and will no doubt be getting some more.

The longest I've ever waited was four weeks, and that was because Jez was gone at a con when I placed my order and then had to deal with back orders when he got back to the shop.  He enclosed a hand-written apology with my order and even threw in one of these babies by way of making amends:
