Salut ? tous,
For our Lyon tournament, one player would like to play a tyranid army. As we wish to have as many different armies as possible, we want to allow him to play his horde.
The current list is the v7.1 one :

Do you think that this list is well balanced or is there any restriction we should apply to keep the tournament funny?

Aye, although the 7.1 WIP list is looking to be more balanced, there could be glaring imbalances in it that we havn't worked out yet.
You should use the standard 7.1 list at the moment IMHO.
