On the dominatrix
Hard to say, she attracted a fair of fire but her meat shield held up.  She didn't kill her points worth, but I was keeping away from the titan, trying to show that winning didn't envolve killing everything)

I find the dominatrix's most important use is in providing a SC re-roll, huge ammounts of spawning, and a tough center to any swarm... her own killing power is a secondary consideration at best.

I'm beginning to find that as well.  It is a tactic I use a lot in 40K.  Have some giant stabby thing look scary and absorb all the firepower of the enemy.  It just seems strange that it is the queen bees job.

Heirophants.
Possible too powerful.  There again I'm not up against that much TK fire yet.  They seem to have too mnay attacks in an assault (6 basic, 2 TK(1) and 2 TK(D3), making them more stabby than the dominatrix

Wait until you face an enemy with even a moderate ammount of AT power. Heirophants die like flies. :-(

They may potentially be undercosted, but statwise I think Hierophants are looking good now.

I might start trying just one of them and no dominatrix, see how they fair by them selves.  As it was my enemy had to choose between the heirophants and my dominatrix with 2 droles.  Between the lot of them they had 26 4+RA wounds, and they were cncentrated in a single part of the line.

Once they hit home the shear mass of WE crushed my enemy (I got over 16 kills including grots and that was with only about 8 stands inBtB).

Though we will see how well it fairs when my opponent gets his gun mobs and dreads.

Flyrant
Did on the far side of the battlefield and stayed out of trouble.  My opponent was fixated on my large swarm and multiply bio titans so he didn't attract any fire.

I've yet to try these little guys, all my Tyrants are ground-stompers... must get another 'nid playtest game in! (My club's Epic campaign is taking up most of my games atm)

So far my flyrant has survived by being no more than an annoyance.  Killing it wont help the BTS goal, since I had 7 normal synpase and 8 in the dominatrix.  Killing it would only reduce my activation advanatage

Harridan
Both my opponent and myself said that it seemed over costed at the beginning of the battle when I told him its stats.  But it preformed really well. Reinforcing my depleted air brigade, shooting some buggies and then finishing them off with tooth and claw (and 30 stealers   )

Aye at first she seems a liability when she doesn't have the template of doom... but this brings her mobility to the fore instead, and escorted with Gargoyles, she does very well for me at least.

I'm still debating escorting her with gargoyles, they don't protect her from fire, and die to easily to hel in an assault.  I am trying mine as lone wolfs.  Killing targets of opertunity, rushing in to save and brood creatures whose synapse has gone to ground and to argument spawning.

This is one reason why I don't like the idea of DC equal synapse amount for BTS.

Without synpase total including DC the WE synpase creatures become over costed.

For example in my battle I had 2 warrior stands 2 tyrants a harridan and a dominatrix.

Your way my opponent only had to kill 3 of them to win.  I would be better off getting mutliply tyrant and warrior broods, it would increase my BTS and acivation count.

The easiest way to play BST is simply if the enemy kills more than 50% of your synapse creatures points costs.

Saves any messing about with DC, unbalanced counting of synapse models (A warrior base is equal to a Dominatrix!) etc. Just 50% of the points... that's how we've been playing it at my club lately, and it seems pretty balanced.
