Hi!

I like both with the GW slightly inching ahead.

Haven't seen a FW Reaver in the flesh...is it bigger than a Warlord?  :D

I like the HUGE FW Warhounds but much prefer the classic Reaver.

Something must have gone astray in the conversion to E:A 'cause they were the best of the Imperial titans in the old days.

I think both are nice so I'm not voting in a poll for once.

I agree with others comments about matching the style of the rest of your army.

My answer should be obvious as I'm a big fan of the "beetleback" warlords. For some reason I just don't like the "mech" warlord. If I want mechs I play Battletech.  :D

However, I do think that the old Reaver does not fit in with the new Warlords. The inconsistency in style is just too great.

I like them both, however the Fw one gets my vote for a modern Titan Legion. I have a few of them and the only down side is the head. The could have come up with something new to go with the body. I would also like to see FW weapon packs to go with them.

Cheers

I prefer the FW Reaver (bought two of them at Games Day recently). I also prefer the new Warlord but I like the old GW Warhound as well as the FW Warhound.
While the old Warhound looks really fierce, IMO the old Reaver has nothing cool about it (anymore).

True, the Warlord looks a tad too "technological". But with some small conversions you can easily change that look and it still looks a lot better than the Beetleback.

Well I?ve gone and ordered a Forgeworld Reaver, on the basis that I basically have a ?nu skool? bunch of titans.  I quite like the mechy style.

Keep voting though!

Being a bit of a newcommer to epic all my marines are new so I have a forgeworld titan group as I feel they have a more technological look to them.

I generally prefer Forgeworld over GW/SG designs (the Warhound!  The Warhound!!), but the Reaver is one where I've always preferred the traditional GW design.  It's one of those ones that doesn't need to be improved upon.

I'd sure like to see some Forgeworld Gargants, on the other hand.  I'll bet FW could do absolute wonders with that concept.

I did find this picture of a Forgeworld Reaver (scroll to the bottom of the page):

http://www.agisn.de/html/epic_40_000.html

Shows it off in a good light I think. ?The painter makes an interesting comment about using an ?old looking? paint job. ?I think it?s the ?matt? kind of paint jobs that I?ve seen on many new titans that I don?t really like.

Can I vote neither?  (I don't much like the looks of the beetleback Titans, and the FW Reaver is FUgly)  I'll just proxy one with either CBT pewter or clickyTech plastic, depending on which looks more in-scale.  I'd really like to see a Reaver Titan that looks like it belongs in the same family as the Lucius-pattern Warhound and Warlord.  The FW one doesn't.  (At least the Beetlebacks all look like they're 'family')

I'll second the motion for FW Gargants (in Epic Scale only!).
