Was going to post pics tonight after work at my friend's... but he (3rdI) was busy (wife)! :(

Forgot, one of the things I would like to see more of is your 6mm Non-Scifi stuff. The planes and other military stuff.

Maksim, do you have one of the SG Space Marine Landing Craft?  I'm wondering how big it is compared to an E:40k Land Raider.  I'm working on a conversion of a Stormbird (the full-company landing craft from the Heresy novels) from an F14, with a different nose grafted on (maybe a C5).  

Would you be willing to post a comparison pic?

I've love to, but as previously mentioned... I don't own one.

In fact, I don't own many of the E-A models...

I unfortunately have been in a "low funds" state since last year (2005) and still don't have much "discretionary spending money."

The few E-A minis I do own mostly came from genrous trades with the ever affable L-4 and the ever generous Dafrca! Many thanks to them!

However, my good news is that I may be in a new and much better job soon... possibly by the end of the week. As in the kind of better job that pays more than $20.00 USD an hour and involves travel... REAL MONEY!

I sure hope it works out. Please keep your fingers crossed for me!

If you find yourself in a situation where you have some 'for fun' reading time (long airplane flights?), I recommend the Heresy Novels, especially the first one, 'Horus Rising,' by Dan Abnett.  The difference between the mindset of the Terran Empire during the Crusade as compared to the mindset in the 41st millenium is incredible.  The third novel (based on the foreshadowing in the second novel) appears to be centered around the Istvaan situations (the virus-bombing of Istvaan 3, and the Dropsite Massacre on 5).

I hope the new job works out!

I'd really appreciate it if you can borrow Chern's SMLC for some pics.  I vaguely remember someone had done a conversion of the metal LC to carry the vehicles (either the 4 Land Raiders, or the 6 Rhinos).  All the Land Raiders I have are the old plastic versions (Mk1?, the versions FW sells as 'pre-Heresy') that came in the E:40k box.

Tepoc did it if I remember correctly.

Check out my 6mm group under Sci-fi... then Epic... then look for Tepoc's gallery. I know I have a link for it there.
