Well a camera I bought arrived in the post today so I thought I'd give it a test by taking some pictures of some of the Dark Angel force I've been painting recently.  I'm halfway through a Warhound titan and once that's finished I'll have 3,000 points done.

The painting's nothing special but I thought I'd share the results with you.  Here's a stand of terminators:

Shame about the white rubbish that the matt varnish I used sprayed on the whirlwinds.  Oh well.

Termies look MEAN! 20 is waaaaaaaaay scarier than 5!

I think the WW still look good (from here anyway).

Thanks you two.  I'm quite happy with the performance of the camera (Canon A540 if anyone's remotely interested).  Even a rank amateur like me can get reasonable shots out of it.

I'll post pics of the whole force when I get the warhound finished.

I like the green of the Whirlwinds!

When my "matt" vanish does that, I ususally give the model a quick spray of gloss, and it seems to clear it up.

I should be able to show it all this weekend.  Having slight issues with the head on my warhound at the moment.  It?s white, and frankly I suck at painting proper white :blush:  

I shall overcome though!
