If you look at the picture, you will see I assaulted three formations, 1 leman russ and both alpha and bravo companies...Hence three comissars...
The comment about them dropping all their BMs due to Commissars struck me as odd as well... Just one Commissar only lets you drop all the markers if they're at 2 or 3 BMs. |
As for the bm, yes, it is always 50% rounded up + one...And I constantly laid three BM...

Good to see other scenarios being played. As well, I really like your conversions and colour scheme for your bio-titans, I may have to change some of my Tyranid palette to more like yours!
