Reavers always were a better investment under SM2 rules, and the Tl "3 for the price of 2" deal made them awesome. ?Warlords would have been better if they didn't have the head and the reactor locations out front....

I know I always liked them. But I also know what others are saying about the real $ costs. The Plastic Warlord v=box was a good deal at the time.

But I am Happy with my Reaver heavy collection.  :D

I did give a load of Warlords away incidentally during 2nd ed as with the death of AT I couldn't see me needing them so much. Swapped for infantry and tanks before I realised how much i didn't like 2nd ed (shortly after my chapter was nicked I think :) ).

2 legions sounds good. I'll keep some ack for random Chaos conversions as well.

Reaver wise it came down to the plastics were cheaper 2 decades ago almost and reavers weren't that much cop under 1st ed. i actually only had 3, got three randomly with a bunch of guard bits off ebay.

Hi!

You GAVE away beetleback titans..... ?  :80:

For shame....  :;):

I'll ask Mojarn to assign proper punishment.  :p

I gave some away to people to help them get started and some to a friend who wanted to do some cool conversions. Not always a shame I would think.  :p

Course now shooting them with BB Guns, that is another matter.

I frequetly give away stuff, only fair as I've been given so much by others!

And lets be honest, even playing the whole Armegeddon campaign I wouldn't have needed 50+ warlords :)

No you do not need 50, but you have to admit there is some small part of you that just loves to say that.

I have 50 WarLord Titans

It just is a rush. ?:;):

But you are right, no one Needs 50.

EDIT: TO be clear, Chris has fifty, I have six.

Hey, I got a few extra weapons with my Titan purchase -- I can look through and see what they are, and you can see if they would be a help for you.  Send me a PM!

I feel your pain. I had so many things like that. That is why I started my once a month vacation day for game projects.

I burn one vacation day a month and spend it doing something, a project, get something organized, painting. Last time I glued and assembled a large batch of vehicles. Next I will be doing the primering for them.

Maybe you could join us on June 9th (or the 10th and 11th for those who can not do a vacation day) and just organize and assemble a batch of Warlords or Reavers.

Just a thought.
