Bab-5 while simple,is closer in playing style to Full Thrust 2 than it is to BFG.Does anyone else really hate those shadow ships? My favourite ship class is the Earthforce Hyperion heavy cruiser, while not the most powerful by far,she can really take it as well as dishing it out. My favourite ship of all time has to be the Federation NCL. Many of you may well have some of my ships in your collections. The new (ish) starship range by Irregular Miniatures, are all my designs, including some very familiar looking ships. If you have any,let me know what you think please?

Deadlock, you don't mean these by any chance do you?:

Ive not sampled much of the Irregular spaceship range to be honest.

i play a homebrew fleet version of B5:aCtA, with shadows, earth alliance, narn and centauri.
aCtA in itself is not a bad system, but it could be made so much better very easily. I think its because mongoose are too familiar with RPG's, that they think two roughly functionally identical damage tracks and sprawling critical hits tables are reasonable.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned Attack Vector: Tactical or Saganami Island Tactical Simulator (Honor Harrington). They have the prestige of being the only games with a full 3D physics engine, while still being playable. I dont play them myself cos i dont care about realism, but ive heard nothing but good things.

I'd love to comment on AV:T and Starmada (I wouldnt mind trying Leviathan at some point too, as I think the ships look very cool), but I haven't played them yet. I quite agree, just from what I have read about them they both sound like games certainly worth mentioning

Hi all,
I have to say the best fighter game I have played is Interceptor.
Never got to play any of the other variants of this system, but this is still a game I return to.
Anyone for Aerotech.
