Actually, I'm tempted to revise my 'waiting period' to this Friday rather than Monday, but it's your choice. The amount of people now(3) that have been looking for rules for the CPF in the last couple of days and had to post and get an 'your out of luck[or ?55], chump' reply is quite depressing.
If it's not in FOM on Friday, and there's no mention of it, you should put it to general release.
That way we can open up a proper 'The Return of the CPF' thread on the SG boards.

Well I've already got the IA:3.. I work for GW and this easter we are running the Taros capaign. This is kind of why I brought the fleets so we could run the scenarios at the back of the book for the vets. Using the IA:3 rules for that is fine, but for general play it seems to be missing an actually fleet list.

Can it be missing if it doesn't exist? Curious...
IA3 is all well and good, except there's not much to the fleet. At all. It's not that brilliant, it doesn't mesh well with the Armada fleet either. Terrible shame, but boring.
I look forward to Friday.

Mainly Shinnentai's & Xisor's CPF list from the SG is a good one (okay we have an minor issue, something about 90* ).
Let CS host the file -> all BFG stuff in one place.

Cyber Palpatine eh?
The 90* thing may resolve itself once the list is on 'wide release', but I think we're all at a happy medium[I am anyway, my latest playtest even demonstrated how the Plan canreally make the difference at a push. And I think it was quite needed!
On an interesting side-point, I find the CPF to be a very good opponent list for Orks. I'm okay with Tau[in most respects], but with the CPF, the Orks were really causing trouble! I really had to use the plan to stay on top of things. Had I not, I'd have really bemoaned that the Protectors should go to 50cm and 90* turns...
I think the inclusion of the plan over 'full' stat changes really keeps the CPF 'under' the creep levels of newer fleets.
I'm *very* looking forward to Friday.
