Hey, I have another [minor] issue with the eldar list:
What is the logic behind giving the Wave Serpent a 4+ firefight value? Based on my experiences in 40k, I don't think it warrents it. I think a 5+ would be more in line with its weapons load.
Of course, it isn't unbalancing at 4+, this is just a random observation.

waveserpent FF,
If I had to guess, the wave serpent is a better 'support' boat than rhino, chimera, devilfish, truk, or any other APC I can think of at the moment in 40K.
In Adepti-Con 2005, the army that won the whole thing was an all eldar wave serpent army with tricked out equipment and 5 eldar inside each one. There was also a character farseer in a wave serpent with some kind of mind melt ability... and then there were Falcons. that's it. the list was built around fast moving skimmers with hard to break armor and a rediculous amount of tech upgrades and weaponry.
So if that's any basis - the wave serpent is arguably the best troop transport firing platform in the game.
I don't know any other 40K list that can stand alone with its transport and expect to win a major event like adepticon based upon its ability to fire and move.
All this said - I don't know what the measure for E:A's FF 4+ is. You may be right that its unwarranted. However, if there is a transport in the game that deserves it, its got to be the wave serpent.
Cheers,
