a 4+ FF would be worth trying to see if they are going to have value.
Without something though - I just don't know what benefit they are going to have.

I think we can start with 4 to 8 Stands for the Contingents and 2 Stands for upgrades. Pointwise something in between 50 to 150 Points for Contingents and 25 Points for the Upgrade. But You are better at the math than I.
