I finally got around to ordering a pack of the EA Shining Spears for my Eldar force (designated Britneys Best!), along with a host of other stuff (love the new War Walkers, but they are high on the 'most overpriced unit for what you actually get' list). However, opening the pack I find that all but one of the sprues have antlers. Does this mean that I have the age old Spears problem of all Exarchs and only one pack of standard Aspects? It is a shame, as I prefer the guys without the antlers, and I dont relish the prospect of filing them all down.
If this the 'all Exarch' problem, are GW dealing with this still, or simply saying that we should live with it?

Definitly the age old 'all exarch' problem, I've no idea if GW are still offering replacements, for mine they did but that was quite some time ago.

I ordered my, along with a sizable order of other stuff, from the GW store near me.
One of the staff argued the price down for me after i asked him to check how much they were for me, as i said i wasnt gonna pay that price for them (this was when they were ?15 on the online store, as i notice they have been reduced to ?9 now). It is worth noting that he also thought that they were overpriced (even by GW standards) so I got them for about ?9 thanks to the very helpful staff.
As for the Shining Spear Exarch problem, i must have got an extra 4 or 5 blisters free from GW to get the correct contents of my original blister. That mistake must have cost them a fair bit, if lots of people got that.
My warwalkers are being used for the first time tomorrow night (yes i know i have had them sat in the blister for ages) any tips for using them?

Woah, woah... back up there.
OK, now I am seriously fed up! I paid fifteen pounds for my War Walkers just one week ago! Now, if I had waited seven days, I could have saved six pounds (and been charged an extra two for the other blisters).

I am afraid that I dont have any tips for their use. Now that does suck, give MO hell down the phone. GW have stooped to a new low there!
Surely they will do something about it?
I reckon they have known that Warwalker price has been wrong for ages i think i got mine back in the summer (yep they have been in a blister that long). Having said that none of the MO trolls would know, as the bloke on the other end of the phone for that order tried telling me there was no such thing as a Storm Serpent.
If i get chance i might do a battle report for my game tomorrow night, and you can learn from my mistakes

Hi guys. Just to follow up on this. I emailed GW MO about this. Today, I got a very nice reply from them, saying that they would be sending me a second pack or Warwalkers for free, along with the replacement Shining Spears! This is why GW MO is one of the best out there, whatever you think of the rest of the company. I am honestly surprised and pleased by this. I was not expecting this result and I appreciate it from GW.

Must admit they are good in that respect. Glad to here its been sorted out decently. 
On a side note, i never got to play epic the other night as it got cancelled, so i still dont know how the walkers play yet.

I did get another game in with my EA Eldar... but no War Walkers made it to the battle. I will post in my campaign thread when I get the pictures sorted out.
