Okay, part II of my maneuvering for entry into BFG:
Would it be legal, in my Space Marine Dominion fleet, to field two Strike Cruisers, one Rogue Trader Cruiser, and one Navy Cruisers as a reserve ship? Basically, can my Rogue Trader Cruiser count as one of my three "mandatory" cruisers which qualify me for a reserve cruiser, or do I need three Strike Cruisers? Thanks.

You can't use the Rogue Trader cruiser as regular cruiser in your list to get the IN cruiser as it is not officially part of the Dominion list. Granted the SM list can get one RT cruiser and its escorts but in the end you have to check the SM Dominion Fleet List because that's where the official ships are that can be used to get the IN cruiser. Therefore, you need 3 strike cruisers.
